HiSet Classes

In collaboration with YWCA, we are able to offer 1:1 tutoring sessions for adults working towards obtaining their HiSet diploma (High school diploma equivalency). YWCA sends bilingual instructors to our office once a week and they help students understand tricky subjects, prepare for tests, and any question they may have regarding the process of obtaining the diploma. These sessions provide support where they can progress at their own pace and help build confidence in their academic abilities. 

Many students who are part of this program have progressed to pass the final set of tests to earn their HiSet diploma. This program also helps improve the education levels within our community which leads towards more open doors full of jobs and opportunities, many of which seek further education. Students appreciate the time, dedication, and clean facilities the instructors provide within this program and process.
